Defective products and order discrepancies
If the product you received is not the same product that you ordered online, or if your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of the original delivery date.
Tramontina Panamá will contact you to replace the product at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds for qualified returns may take up to 20 business days from the day Tramontina Panamá receives the product to be processed in the form of the original tender. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a refund or exchanging a product (i.e. confirming a damaged product).
